This Walnut butter is from the walnuts of South America. It is gentle in flavor and blends well in many cuisines. Rich in fibre and not so heavy compared with other nut butters. Also not as sweet as other nut butters.
 
Walnuts are native to India, Middle East and South America among the others. We source them from the local market that procure from these places. Each one has different natural flavor to them. Indian is a bit strong in flavor, while the South American is gentle and the Middle Eastern is in between. We have put out on shelves all three flavors and they have sold out.
