This Walnut butter is slowly churned from the walnuts of South America. It is gentle in flavor and blends well in many cuisines. Rich in fibre and not so heavy compared with other nut butters. Also not as sweet as other nut butters.

Walnuts are native to India, Middle East and South America among the others. We source them from the local market that procure from these places. Each one has different natural nutty flavor to them. Indian is a bit strong in flavor, while the South American is gentle and the Middle Eastern is in between. We have put out on shelves all three flavors and they have all entirely sold out. We continue to usually replenish butters churned from South American nuts for it's neutral flavor and balanced taste.
