SHIPPING POLICY
We ship your products from a small town of south india - Tiruvannamalai, at this time. It moves from home to a nearby post office normally, carried by a village woman staff who is trained. The package should reach anywhere in india within 4-7 days via Speed Post Parcel that is the standard for all Online Orders. However, please show patience for delays.

In the case of glass jars breaking upon arrival, we take responsibility of the jar although it is not our fault. We expect you to reimburse the packaging & shipping charges for the replacement. Thanks for understanding!
REFUND POLICY
We do not refund. We do not have the resources. Once the orders are placed it goes for invoice printing to a nearby public printing service shop. Automatically, the online payment aggregator deduct their commission and part by part in between few hours to a day transfer the part payments automatically to our bank account. Reversal for refunds mean we have to transfer from our bank account into the online account and pay their commission again. And recording all this for our GST compliance is too much paper work, which discourages any small entrepreneur to pull-out of business. Hope you understand that bureaucratic imposition part costing so much time and resources.

Then, products are packaged by Village women who are not familiar in English and very little Tamil reading. It goes to post office. Everything appears automatic. No Refunds. Thanks for understanding!

Digital products have their own sensitivity. Once sold. No exchange. No refunds. The nature of the digital products are thus - non-transferable by us to others. Thanks!
